Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for payments made on our website.

Cancellations

  • Once an order/application/payment is successfully completed, cancellation may not be possible if processing has already begun.
  • If cancellation is possible, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

  • If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the payment gateway/bank timelines.
  • For services like exam/application fees (if applicable), refunds may be restricted once the service is initiated or scheduled.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the product is not delivered or the product is not as per the description.
  • All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are Credited within 2–5 business days from approval.

  • We have 7 day return policy All be completed within 7 business days Refuns will be credited back to your account within 7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to accept delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Delays caused by customs or unforeseen logistics issues
